By accessing or using the Whale.CEO platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Whale.CEO is an on-chain flow analytics and historical pattern analysis platform. The Service aggregates publicly available blockchain data, derivatives market data, and applies algorithmic analysis to present information to users. The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendation, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency, digital asset, or financial instrument.

  • Whale.CEO is NOT a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner in any jurisdiction.
  • "Flow analytics", "pattern analysis", and "historical accuracy" are descriptions of on-chain data patterns — not predictions of future performance.
  • Past performance of any analytics, backtests, or accuracy metrics does NOT guarantee future results.
  • Users are solely responsible for their own trading and investment decisions.
  • Always consult a qualified, licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Whale.CEO is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through our authorized payment processor (PayPal / Lemon Squeezy). By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms presented at checkout. Refund policies follow the payment processor's terms. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute platform data commercially.
  • Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or access controls.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Impersonate other users or Whale.CEO personnel.
  • Introduce malicious code or interfere with platform infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, algorithms, and analytics on Whale.CEO are proprietary. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Data Sources & Accuracy

Data is sourced from third-party APIs (including but not limited to Moralis, Etherscan, Binance, Gate.io, Helius). Whale.CEO makes reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy but provides no warranty regarding completeness, timeliness, or correctness of any data displayed.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHALE.CEO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, ANY TRADING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION FROM THE SERVICE, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT ON THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Whale.CEO, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of said jurisdiction.
